in preview mode, HTTPS url for the server is overwritten with HTTP

Description

For some reason there is code in WikiPreview that calls replaces all instances of ​https:// with ​http:// in the ServerURL. Since EclipseTracPlugin now supports HTTPS is this really needed? If the server doesn't automatically redirect from HTTP to HTTPS, it currently results in a broken link.
