Description
A cool plugin allowing to view Trac log output, so that you're not forced to go look at the trac.log file. This could allow displaying logs with color, nice !

It would be nice to display the logs in the Web Admin panel of Trac. That way I can debug some problems without contacting my hosting provider, since I currently don't have direct access to the Trac logs.

Saw this today and felt it an easy task - so I just wrote the requested plugin. I wonder nobody did that before! So just have a look at the LogViewerPlugin and let me know if that's what you were looking for. Have fun with it!

As initially requested: Now displays with colors. Also offers filter facilities: By log level, and even by text. So I guess the request was fulfilled, and close this ticket - it was open long enough (2 years)! Feel free to open new tickets if you find bugs or have additional feature requests.
Hmm, actually, this seems like a good entry-point into Trac development, so I'll take a look at writing it. Mail me if you are interested in helping.
