This plug-in works well making new ticket, but editing already existed - all fields appears. And the only action was added by installing plug-in is TICKET_CREATE_SIMPLE, I think it would be nice to add TICKET_MODIFY_SIMPLE action. Thanks for a quick answer.

Status: new → closed

Not going to happen without a good patch from someone else due to severe 'tuit shortage.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Noah Kantrowitz.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
