Negative hours are displayed incorrect

Description

Sometimes you need to enter negative times because you made a mistake.

Those negative times are displayed incorrect. For example, when addin -0.5 the comment says

  • hours set to -1h 30m.
  • totalhours changed from 0h 30m to 0.0.

(In [2782]) closes #2127

Changed the javascript that changes hours to hours/minutes to handle negative values. I also made this javascript work again in trac.11

Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Russ Tyndall.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
