Description

HTML Email Notification of tickets. The emails are illegible in thier current form.

It would be nice to be able to use HTML in the emails with templates..

The first part of this is being fixed in the upcoming 0.10 release, with a setting that allows emails sent as quoted-printable, instead of base-64.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain anybody.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
