New ticket is not showing up in Active Tickets

I have setup simple ticket to hide fields I only want administrators to see and not normal users. When I log in as the other user with the create_simple_ticket privileges and make a new ticket, it doesnt show up in the Active tickets report. However, if I add the create_ticket privilege and then make a ticket, it shows up. Also when it doesnt show up in the active tickets I can do a custom query with a reporter is filter and find it.

The 0.11 version doesn't exhibit this problem for me. No one is supporting 0.10 anymore. please reopen if you can reproduce this issue with 0.11.

Modify Ticket

as closed The owner will remain coderanger.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

E-mail address and user name can be saved in the Preferences.
