Allow for graphviz config settings in global and local trac.ini files

Description

I have several trac installations -- I'd like to be able to put common graphviz plugin settings under the global share/trac/conf/trac.ini [graphviz] section and installation-specific settings under the <installation>/conf/trac.ini [graphviz] section. This doesn't appear to work, though.

Fixed with release v0.6.2.

Action

The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
