Description
It would be nice if screenshot images could be replaced. This could be realized in the "edit" page by adding an additional input (type file) to upload a replacement image. If there is no upload (i.e. the user simply edited description etc.), it is ignored - if there comes a new image, the existing screenshot will be replaced.
This is especially useful if somebody uploaded the "wrong" image and then already linked it everywhere. If we had to delete the image then and add a new one, all the links would be in need of an update as well. With an replace, this is not necessary since the links still point to the right place.

Forgive me the question: But you did see the Trac Release below was set to 0.10 ? ;) Would be great if you could merge the code into that branch, too <begging>
