Version 0.4.1 breaks when using double quotes in tags

Description

As title. Notable errors are the TagCloud not showing anything or only a part of the cloud and there not being a header. This bug is especially hard to track down (if you don't know what it is) because it doesn't leave a backtrace in the log. The double quote was usable in 0.4, so it broke somewhere in the making of 0.4.1. Didn't test any other special characters nor any other version.
