Updating checklist causes all fields to be updated

Description

Steps to reproduce:

  • Create multi-checkbox checklist.
  • Check one item and update.
  • Note that all items change.

Something needs to be modified to detect only changed fields.

Action
as closed The owner will remain Rich Harkins.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
