Changeset viewer assumes job names are 'job' + a string representing an integer

Description

Perforce allows you to name your tickets or accept an auto-generated name of 'job' + an incrementing number. When viewing a changeset with a non-numeric job associated with it, the attempted integer conversion of a non-numeric string causes an internal error.
