Reminder to ticket owner

Description

I would be great that TicketRemindScript can send the reminder to the ticket owner instead to the list of receipients in the conf file. I would think the ticket owner is one of the fields in the database.

Source is no longer available so project has been removed.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain nextime.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
