TICKET_ADMIN still needs TICKET_BATCH_MODIFY?

Description

Am I out to lunch to expect TICKET_ADMIN to imply plug-in ticket permissions such as TICKET_BATCH_MODIFY?

Good idea. The plugin now allows either TICKET_ADMIN or TICKET_BATCH_MODIFY. Note that TICKET_BATCH_MODIFY does *not* imply TICKET_MODIFY.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain ashwin_phatak.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
