Description

When a page is short the footer overlays the navigation menu.

The attached file resolves the issue for FF, Safari and IE 7.0

(In [12785]) Fixed #2919: Set minimum height for #main so that footer can't overlay.

Action
as closed The owner will remain Noah Kantrowitz.
