Allow Grouping of tickets in reports

Description

I'd like to be able to produce a report of master tickets with the child tickets nested under them. So:

  • Ticket 1
    • Ticket 5
    • Ticket 10
  • Ticket 2
    • Ticket 3
    • Ticket 8

Etc...

I would think, you would be sorting on the blocking field. my sql is suspect, but I am also looking to do this, if I get it working, I will post.
