Description

tickets would be hidden "under" another ticket (in it's description somewhere) until it was completed then they'd "break out" into their own tickets

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain anybody.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
