Description
Can't use this because of unmentioned dependency on AccountManagerPlugin which we don't use.

I think I've got the correct patch for this. Check out tag 0.1.1 or the current trunk. Thanks for pointing this out!
I tried tag 0.1.1 and it now loads OK but when I tired a simple test and clicked "Update Form", the user was listed as anonymous in the form even though I had already authenticated and my username was correct when I looked at my trac "preferences".

Interesting. I'll look into this as well. Since this is technically a different issue, I've created issue #3240 to track the new issue and closed this one again as the original problem description appears to be fixed.
