Images broken for single page PDF's

Description

When you generate a single page wiki pdf file, the images paths are not correct. The html has paths for images in the 'raw-attachments' directory and they are actually in the 'attachments' directory. There is a replace line for this in the mulitpage code, but it's not correct in the single page file.

A patch is attached.

This is also broken for 0.10. Could you please apply the patch to the 0.10 code base.

I don't have a Trac 0.10 installation anywhere anymore, So I' will probably declare 0.10 as unsupported. Sorry.
