smtp_enabled option ignored

Description

I was testing the AnnouncerPlugin and it does not seem to use the smtp_enabled option from the notification section. Following the suggestion of the installation instructions I renamed my [notification] section in trac.ini to [announcer]. Setting smtp_enabled = false still results in the AnnouncerPlugin sending messages on ticket changes.

Other [announcer] options that are listed in on the TracIni pages, but not followed by AnnouncerPlugin

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Robert Corsaro.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
