New lines in changes don't create new lines in html email

Description

The formatting of the description, in addition to new comments, does not display new lines.

The ticket has line breaks when displaying the change: 

test

multiple

line breaks.

However the html email announcement is formatted as: 

test multiple line breaks.

Resolution: → duplicate
Status: new → closed

I made one ticket because this is the same issue as another ticket.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Robert Corsaro.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
