Description

I realize this is kind of silly - but I wanted to know if you could translate the text of your example (headings) so I can figure out how to modify this. I don't know python at all - so I'm having to use the basics to alter this macro.

This is will be very useful for us once I get it working.

Resolution: → fixed
Status: new → closed

The translation can easily be done in TicketHeader.py, you will see it immediately. I added some comments on the wiki page. Let me know whether this is sufficient.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Jörg Viola.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
