more documentation would really help

Description

The installation instructions are fine, but an indication of some simple metrics / tasks would be handy.

Example:

how to schedule a re-index under Windows (I can supply an example of this) how long one should expect re-indexing to take per file? tips and tricks, such as re-index in a post-commit hook

etc.

Action

The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
