Clicking on "new row" doesn't do anything

Description

I clicked on the "new row" button and nothing happened. I had : Ticket Numbers: 1 Rate: 200 Variability: 1 Communication: 1

There is currently only one ticket in the system.

Do you get any javascript errors? What web browser are you using?

The browser I'm using is Firefox 3.0 and I don't get any javascript errors that I can see.

Are you using any javascript related plugins (noscript for example?).

I am not going to be able to fix this bug this week due to some other scheduling concerns, but I will try to get to it soon.

Hi, I have no plug-ins that would affect Javascript installed (none that I know of). In general, I don't have many add-ons/plug-ins.

Resolution: fixed
Status: newclosed

I recently added a new diff viewer for this plugin, and did not experience any errors having to do with "add row" while doing this (in either IE7 or FF3). Is this perhaps fixed automagically, or are you still having issues.

If when using the new version you still experience the error, could you paste any errors that appear in the Error Console (Tools > Error Console), and reopen the ticket.

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Russ Tyndall.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment


E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
