control over user registration

Description

I would love to have a way to either have users who register have to be approved by an adminstrator or be able to hid the registration module from non-users so that an administrator would create the user, then send them their ID and password. (I know, sounds very non-open-source, but it would still be a good option to be able to have).

An administrative interface for adding users was requested in #20, which I believe should fulfill what you're asking for here.

Also somewhat related are #147 and #442.

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Matt Good.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
