Can't remove custom fields

Reported by: rohfie Owned by: osimons
Priority: normal Component: CustomFieldAdminPlugin
Severity: normal Keywords:
Cc: Trac Release: 0.11

Description

I tryed to remove the default custom tickets 'blocking' and 'blockedby'. This causes:

Trac Error

TracError: The Trac Environment needs to be upgraded.

Run "trac-admin /var/lib/trac/MyFirstProject upgrade"

Upgrading changes nothing. Deleting the lines from trac.ini manually and upgrade aftwerwards changes nothing too. A restart of apache2 has also no effect.

My System: Ubuntu 8.10, Trac 0.11, Apache 2.2.6, user has TRAC_ADMIN rights.

Sorry, but this is not related to the CustomFieldAdminPlugin - it does nothing to your database, only edits trac.ini via web.

Likely this is another plugin that actually created these fields that now start to misbehave - sounds like some masterticket or similar ticket dependency plugin.

Closing as invalid, and create a new ticket for correct Component (plugin) if you still feel the error is unexpected or wrong.
