iCalExporter not compatible with TracHours rss feed

Description

the iCalExporter makes a link on e.g. /ticket/1 to /ticket/1/ics; however, the latter does not return the iCal format, but instead the ticket handler for TracHoursPlugin is used instead, which gives an error (namely that 'ics' cannot be converted to an int)
