Description

it would be nice to have the possibility to submit issues via eMail. P.ex. s.o. could send an email to "issuetracker@…" and it would automatically entered as an issue.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain anybody.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
