Environment configuration for variables like GV_FILE_PATH

Description

I'm trying to use custom shapes using external files. Graphviz needs a GV_FILE_PATH variable to look for those files (see ​http://www.graphviz.org/Documentation/html/shapehowto.html). I tried to set this variable using system wide environment configuration, apache init.d script, etc, but it does not reach Graphviz environment.

It would be nice to introduce a graphviz config variable (at trac.ini) to specify environment variables.
