ticket notification fails to notice the description hasn't changed

Description

If you email in a ticket, and then someone uses the web to comment on the ticket, the notification that is sent out to the ticket submitter sends an "Old description" and "New description" even when those have not been changed and only a comment has been added.

For example, the email includes this:

Old description:

> {{{
> This is the description
>
> }}}

New description:

 {{{
 This is the description
 }}}

I've tested this with 0.95 and 0.10 and the same issue exists.

It is also in version 0.8. Let see if we can fix it

I am lost. I can find it it has something todo with the web interface. I have asked the email list for a solution.

Fixed this bug in trunk, leave it open till i release a new version. Thanks to Christian Boos

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Bas van der Vlies.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment


E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
