Problems reinstalling the plugin

Good morning,
after i installed the plugin i can't find some of the configuration menus so i decided this was my fault, probably my installation was incorrect so i decided to remove it.
I desinstalled and tried to reinstall again. Impossible. Something was modified and i don't now how to clean (DB, init, ...).
Can anyone explain how to do a proper and clean desinstallation in order to install again from the scratch?
I guess this plugin is exactly what i need for my Trac. Thanks for your great job.

I could be mistaken, but I think you may need to remove files from a directory such as /usr/local/lib/python2.6/ (example from Ubuntu 9.04).

What seems to be the problem? I always reinstall it. There is no need to uninstall first.
Same here. Anyone know of how to fix this? None of the admin panels show up even in a fresh install!
