Admin Panels not showing in Trac 0.11.4

Description

I installed the AnnouncerPlugin but the admin panels do not show up in Trac. I'm using the Trac 0.11.4 and AnnouncerPlugin v0.2 (0.11).

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it. Tried to install it several different ways to no avail.

Is there a way to manually create Groups? Overall, that's the thing I want the most.

As far as I know, there are no "admin panels". The groups can be created in the trac.ini (for which admin interfaces already exist).

Create groups in trac.ini

joinable_groups = @sec, @dev, @blah, @foo

There are no admin panels, as most functionality is controlled in the users preferences.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Robert Corsaro.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
