Description
I haven't a clue how to use this plugin. I want to be able to set permissions on every page. It seems like this plugin is meant to do that. However, I don't even know where to begin. The docs talk about some editor. Where is this editor? Where do I set page permissions?
I could have made this ticket an "enhancement" request, but the truth is I cant use the plugin at all with the given documentation.

To control the permissions you use the AuthzPolicyPlugin. Please see: http://trac.edgewall.org/wiki/TracFineGrainedPermissions
To make it possible to edit the permissions file from the web interface use this plugin, FineGrainedPageAuthzEditorPlugin. This plugin is the editor, hence the name of it, as well as it clearly stating in the title that it is the editor for the Fine Grained Authz Permissions File. You are asking where the editor is and you have posted a bug report against it. It does not implement the fine grained permissions control, only the editing of the file and synchronising the groups used with the main user groups. It is advisable to use groups for allocating permissions as they can be used as roles, and makes life easier when personnel change.
