Support of ticket moderation

I'd installed TicketModeratorPlugin on my project sites. But when tickets via your system are arriving them will not go trough this, don't know why (you're using direct access to database?)
It woould be great if your nice plugin would insert tickets that why this moderation plugin works. I think for tickets coming via email this should be essential...
