Description

I would like to be able to have users email in: (1) ticket comments (2) Blog comments (3) Forum posts Is this possible?

Currently this is not possible (though ticket comments is a priority for me). However, MailToTracPlugin is a pluggable plugin -- that is, you can write a component that implements IEmailHandler (source:mailtotracplugin/0.11/mail2trac/interface.py​) to do whatever you want.

Sorry dude, I wouldn't know where to begin. I'm a scientist, not a coder. In another life I'll have time to work on Trac plugins!

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Jeff Hammel.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
