After a ticket creation, when adding a composed username (e.g., "John Smith") in the CC field, the plugin adds : 

John, Smith

instead of : 

John Smith

This user does not receive the email notification.

I've tested username John Smith with the latest trunk version and it seems to work fine. Please reopen if you can reproduce the issue with the latest trunk.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Ryan J Ollos.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
