403 Forbidden when using the public access URL

Description

I get 403 Forbidden when using the public access URL. Secured LDAP enabled site works fine, just the public accessible URL, I get 403 Forbidden.

Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Will Mernagh.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
