Provide easy_install setup files

It would be nice if you'd provide files to "build" this plugin with easy_install.

Well, I am new to Python so I've never worked with setuputils or whatever the module is that builds packages. I kept it to a "single-file" Trac plugin so that you wouldn't have to build an egg out of it -- just drop it in the plugins folder and go.

That said, I'm not against such a system, as long as people can continue to just drop the Python file into their directory. I'll respond to any patches, but I don't intend on developing it myself because I don't need it for my environment, and I don't see a long-term benefit as I'm assuming that this plugin will die off slowly since Trac 0.11.2 and later provide a functionality very similar (and redundant) to ShowPathPlugin.

It's not necessary for such as simple plugin. See TracPlugins#Requirements for install steps.
