take the existing date of the milestone of a ticket

this is a great plugin. it would be even better if it relieves the pain from setting a date to every ticket, as one has already dates set via the milestones.

als when postponing, say, 50 tickets to the next milestone, it is much more maintenance friendly. also given that trac supports this automatically when closing a milestone.

For the date, I want to plan tickets as tasks, so, i need a date. But I can try to use the mliestone due date.

Perhaps a config variable may be setup like that :

dtstart = ticket.dtstart;milestone.time;ticket.time

I'm investigating also a partial CalCav support.

I have updated the plugin to use Milestone due date if no date is set.

A bug with timezone must be fixed ...
