I'm quite sure the blog posts uses the default rules in Trac, so what you can embed in a Wiki page can also be embedded in a blog post? However, films, flash and the like are usually sanitized by Trac (unless trac.ini setting to render unsafe content). Have you tried any of the custom embedding macros available here on trac-hacks?

Please be more specific with example of what you are trying to render and how, so that I can test it.

Thank you very much for advice. I tried ​FlashEmbedMacro and it works great. That is all I need for now.

Goodie. A clear 'worksforme' then, and as the details of wiki rendering is outside the scope of the plugin anyway there wouldn't be much I could do anyway.
