Total Hours not Updating

Description

If I'm understanding this correctly, any numeric value I enter into "Add Hours to Ticket" should be added the the "Total Hours" field. Also, I don't believe you're supposed to be able to edit the "Total Hours" field directly.

If the above is the case then I have two issues that are probably related.

  1. any value entered into the "Add Hours to Ticket" field does not get added to the "Total Hours" field... I just stays in the "Add Hours to Ticket" field.
  1. I have the ability to edit the "Total Hours" field

Closing this since a Component was not selected. If you wish to reopen it, it should be assigned to the proper Component.

Status: new → closed

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain anonymous.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
