it would be great if you could allow expiring pastes, e.g. after one month, or 6 month.

would the objective be to clear the database of expired pastes or just filter old crap out of queries? as it stands, it doesn't look like it's possible to browse old pastes (except recent sidebar) from somewhere other than timeline, so not sure what expiry would give from simple filtering POV.
