+ 1. I´ve observed same behavior. Needed to disable ´wysiwyg´ mode and work on ´textarea´ mode. ( Trac 0.11.4, Python 2.5, )

Steps to reproduce
  1. Create new ticket
  2. Set ´wysiwyg´ mode
  3. Change ticket type to a different one
Work-arround

Before changing ticket type to a different one:

  1. Set ´textarea´ mode
  2. Change ticket type to a different one
  3. Then set ´wysiwyg´ mode again
Comments
  • When ticket templates are edited, if you change ticket type, you are required to "load" its contents to see / edit.
  • Seems this automatic "load" step is missing when editing in ´wysiwyg´ mode.
  • Behavior described at "Steps to reproduce" varies if previously you edited/created a ticket in ´textarea´ mode.
