Warn if no tickets are selected

Description

Some people may not notice that tickets default to being unselected, and that they need to check off 1 or more tickets before submitting the form. It seems like having no tickets selected is always a user error, so a warning message of some sort could be added when this happens.

This is a good idea. Once the patch backlog is taken care of I will look at this.

  • Added a check to make sure at least one ticket is selected to modify. If none are selected an alert will inform the user and the form will not post.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain CuriousCurmudgeon.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
