Could you please elaborate on your issue? Do you just want to disable the plugin?

Yes i want to disable the plugin, and want to run all functionalities as it is.

Well, you have a few choices:

  1. Uninstall/Remove plugin
  2. Add acct_mgr.* = disabled to your trac.ini file

This isn't so much an issue with the plugin itself, as it is normal plugin usage/management

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain John Hampton.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
