Search does not work with Doxygen >= 1.6.0

Description

Doxygen 1.6.0 replaced the search php script with javascript which breaks a significant portion of the plugin code.

I'm seeing this issue as well with documentation generated using Doxygen 1.7.1.

The Firefox error console shows: 

Error: searchBox is undefined

The upper navigation links work, but the navigation links below Presto Documentation do not. The Doxygen search box does not function, and the Trac search does not return results from Doxygen generated documentation.

In 15362:

DoxygenPlugin: search now works also in documentations differents from the default one. This fixes #1085 #2979 #6262.
