The timeline returns "Program Error: closed cursor" with Trac 0.11.6

Description

When using the hackergotchi plugin with the newest Trac stable version (0.11.6), an operation is performed on a closed cursor when looking at the timeline.

I did not notice this issue with the release candidate (0.11.6rc1), but then again maybe I just missed it.

Who knows, maybe it's a problem with another plugin... If anyone else has this problem, it would be nice to confirm it.
