User Profiles List needs an option to expand the list by default

Description

Right now, the list always shows up collapsed. For small teams, or for a single id or whatnot, it might be useful to specify that it is expanded by default.

This also fixes the alt tag for the expand/collapse arrow to say "Collapse Profile" when expanded.
