Ticket Type Creation Permissions

Description

Split ticket type permissions into CREATE and VIEW. Also integrate PrivateTicketsPlugin into BMTTP so in the end a user will be able to create any ticket type, view all their own tickets but not be able to view other peoples tickets of certain types.

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain obs.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
