I have done a modification with some changes:
- It shows a batch modify box in reports too.
- The batch modify is folded
- When a resolution is set, the ticket status changes to closed.
- The milestones are grouped like in new ticket creation milestone field.
Hope all this stuff be useful.

Please resubmit this patch in .patch format with separate patches for each feature you are proposing. I am looking through this right now and it is difficult to tell what you changed and why you changed it.

Most of these features have been implemented now. The only thing missing is support for the Reports page, but I haven't heard any demand for that.
