Description
I tend to think the layout would be slightly better if the SELECT ALL was right aligned.

I don't do much HTML coding, but it appears that the proper was to do this is to modify the CSS, which is what I did in the attached patch.
I think it makes the layout look a lot better, but its definitely a personal preference.

Btw, I just opened this ticket in case you agree with the suggestion, it would be great if you could modify the source so that I can keep my local installation in sync with the repository version.
If you prefer the current layout and don't want to make the change, I'll just edit the template on my local installation.
